Wake Competition Gymnastics Building

This Gymnastics and Athletic training with orthapedic office facility provides for both gymnastics and indoor soccer. The building contains 3,000 SF of 2nd floor space consisting offices and rental space for special occasions.

The interior is protected from the elements with a Butler MR-24 Standing Seam roof and Thermal Bridging System with 14″ of blanket insulation (R-33) in the roof. The exterior walls consist of 2″ thick Thermawall Fineline Insulated Metal Panels and a mix of decorative masonry, storefront windows, and architectural panels on the two story portion of the building.

Butler provided an “L” shaped flat roof conventional canopy on the building.
