Creedmoor Partners Group is responsible for some of the Triangle area’s most dramatic, high-end residential neighborhoods. They turn to Bobbitt to design and build recreation facilities within these high-end developments, knowing we have expertise to manage the often daunting municipal planning and permitting processes required of community space. Stonemoor in Raleigh is an estate home neighborhood of classic and European manors. The recreation center covers 2,809 sq. ft. with architectural features that serve as a beautiful gateway into the pool area.
