Project Overview

As a previous Bobbitt customer, The Home Center in Holly Springs, NC, called again when it was time to consolidate the company operations in a new 60,000-square-foot facility. The building features a 10,000-square-foot showroom to showcase the store’s high-quality lighting fixtures and equipment, flooring materials, and home improvement products and services. The new space also includes offices and a 50,000-square-foot warehouse space, pre-engineered with a 30-foot clear bay height.
