McCrimmon Medical Building

McCrimmon Professional is an organization that assists new entrepreneurial endeavors. The group called on Bobbitt for its first commercial building project, which would be a home to dental and pediatric care offices at the McCrimmon Corners Shopping Center in Morrisville.

The 10,000-square-foot, single-story building sits on 1.4 acres and utilizes an energy-saving stud wall sheathing/insulation design. Meeting the design criteria required by the Town of Morrisville and adjacent shopping center along with dealing with poor soil conditions, Bobbitt still produced the desired finished product – an attractive, professional building.

Bobbitt has also completed a fit-up for McCrimmon Family Dentistry. Dr. Dusty Durden and Dr. Katina Pittman occupy the 2,500-square-foot dental office. In addition, Bobbitt completed the Pediatric Express in the same medical facility.
